Evergreen Project Inc., doing business as Evergreen Movement (“Evergreen,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through evergreenmovement.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us (for example, to volunteer, partner with us, or ask a question), we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Our website host (GoDaddy) may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, and may use cookies to keep the site secure and measure site traffic. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

- To respond to your messages and requests
- To process, record, and acknowledge donations, including tax receipts
- To keep you informed about Evergreen’s work, if you have asked to hear from us
- To maintain our records and meet our legal and tax obligations as a 501(c)(3) public charity
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other organizations for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate (such as PayPal, our website host, and our email provider), when required by law, or with your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete your contact information, or to stop sending you updates. Email info@evergreenmovement.org and we will take care of it. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies; the site will still work.
